i have set a goal for myself. that i will try to use all my supplies first before buying more (especially papers). this drives me to do more layouts (para makapamili kaagad hihi). i have to say that i am pretty satisfied with myself lately.
and I need to share this. my son's line whenever I ask him to leave on the computer after he played games, "mag-s-scrap ka na naman!" using his excited voice. i am not annoyed nor offended because he says it with amusement and love.
just wanted to post the layouts I was able to finish and a few pictures of my son playing outside and my hubby as the meka(sira)-niko. hihi.
thomas became JP's favorite when he was almost 3 years old.
one of our favorite things to do...eat!
and i was able to cover the american crafts 12x12 album i got from jane (rekindled moments)
the baby and the mekaniko (good as a movie title, ei?)
his bike is now too small for an-almost-6-year-old boy. i convinced hubby to surprise JP with a new (big boy) bike. he will surely love it. can't wait to capture that moment in pictures. :) (scrapping opportunity hihi)
thanks for looking. and have a great monday!

march 29, 2008::saturday:: it was a reunion that we have all been waiting for. it was also a time we were dreading because one of us will be leaving the country. it was 12 years ago when 11 girls joined forces and decided that 'hey, we are so good together' and became really good friends. march 23, 1996. 11 sophomore, eng'g students were bound by friendship. it's a bliss that after these years, with each having their own families, we are still friends. despite and inspite of. over the weekend was a reunion and a despedida. a happy yet a sad gathering. we are only wishing that no matter how far some of us would go, the fire of friendship will remain. i love these guys. only 6 out of 11 girls made it last march 29 families and friends doll is off to another country come april 4, we will miss you friends are like families. they never forget.
march 28, 2008::friday morning:: it was our son's kindergarten recognition day and we were excited to attend because of the awards he was going to receive. we were already informed of what awards he will be taking home but it was only during the actual ceremony that we realized the award he earned was 'the top of his class' award. i started to shake when i realized it. hubby confessed he felt the urge to cry. we are proud parents and this is a very important event for the 3 of us, even if my son doesn't realized it yet. he made us very very happy and proud.
